We acknowledge that the appointed Fire Auditor shall conduct inspections and audits in full compliance with the National Building Code of India (NBC), including NBC 2016 and NBC 2026 (latest), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), State Fire Services Regulations (2016), and all relevant Government Orders — including Circular No. 6402/MSB/2019 (28.01.2020), Circular No. 15009/MSB/CR/2013 (01.12.2021), and G.O. No. 44 (22.06.2023). The final fire audit report shall be submitted to the fire department.

We agree that the fire auditor bears no liability for any fire-related incidents before, during, or after the audit. Ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and implementing audit recommendations is our sole responsibility.

The audit will cover an assessment of fire protection systems, emergency preparedness measures, and previous inspection reports, supported by photographic documentation for accuracy. Strict adherence to fire safety regulations is required, and any non-compliance may result in legal action by the fire department.
